Heartworm Awareness Campaign
April is Heartworm Awareness Month. Our goal is to provide treatment for those affected, prevention for every dog at the facility, every dog adopted, and education on the importance of this life saving measure.

THANK YOU for your interest in volunteering at Paws4Ever. We welcome volunteers, in several different areas, including dog walking and training, cat socializing, special events, fostering, adoptathons, community connections, and organizational needs (just to name a few!) If you would like to volunteer, the first step is to complete the online registration form below. When we receive your online registration form, our Volunteer Program Manager will quickly send you a list of dates for upcoming Volunteer Training sessions. You can contact the Volunteer Program Manager at volunteer@paws4Ever.org if you need additional information. After Sept 1, 2009, all new Volunteers must be 16 or older. Teens must be accompanied by a parent during the Volunteer Training, and for the month following their training. Then, teenagers 16 or older may be invited to volunteer "solo", at our staff's discretion. Children who are graduates of our Summer Camp Program may make special arrangements; please send an email to volunteer@paws4Ever.org if you need more details about young volunteers. If you have specialized skills, or are affiliated with a group that is interested in helping the animals at Paws4Ever, please let our Volunteer Program Manager know, and she can connect you with the appropriate staff member. Our cats and dogs will be VERY happy to meet you, and they are already looking forward to your visits! Please contact us to learn more about joining our exceptional team of volunteers. Sign Up to Volunteer Please fill out our online form to register for volunteer orientation.
